The end of summer...

This was a very fast and crazy summer.  The girls and I were in Alaska for a month.  When we got back it was time for birthday's and another surgery on my arm.  Before we knew it, it was time to start getting ready for school.  Here are a few pictures from the end of our wonderful summer...

A new school year!

This year I did not start school alone.  Amy is coming with me.
Amy started kindergarten this year, and is loving every minute of it.  She is in Mrs. Funk's morning kindergarten class.  She comes to school with me each day.  We hang out, she gathers my copies from the printer, and says "hello" to everyone she sees.  I walk her to class before the bell rings, and love sneaking peaks and hugs when I can.
Amy is really good at doing her homework, and is learning a lot.  Her favorite things to do at school are sitting at her desk working, and playing with her friends.
